Exchange Policy

Unboxing video is required — Please record a video while unboxing the product. This video will serve as evidence in case of missing or damaged items. Without an unboxing video, claims for missing products will not be accepted.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must make a claim within 3 working days of receiving the item. In such cases, we will arrange an exchange without any additional delivery charges.

If you received the correct product (as per the invoice) but wish to exchange it for any reason, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
If the number is unreachable or busy, please message us on WhatsApp or SMS with the details. In this case, you will be required to pay the shipping cost (2X). -
Claims made after 3 days will not be accepted.
Return & Refund Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you can instantly return it to the delivery person at the time of delivery.

If you wish to return the product due to a change of mind, unavailability at the delivery location, or if the product doesn't meet your expectations, then you only need to pay the delivery charge:

Inside Dhaka city: 70 BDT

Outside Dhaka city: 120 BDT

If the product has been used for more than one day, washed, or if a sealed product is unboxed, it cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if any defect is noticed within 3 days of usage, it may be exchanged but not refunded.

If you wish to exchange the product or request a refund after returning the product, you must contact us within 3 working days at 01909276257.

If you do not contact the given number, Niyezan (or Joss Collection) will not be responsible for any unresolved issue. Even if you contact us via customer care or Messenger, final complaint resolution must be done through the official number.
If the number is unreachable or there’s any issue, please inform customer care immediately.

For refunds, you must return the product. Once the product reaches our warehouse and is found to be in the promised condition, the refund will be processed. This process may take 5–7 working days.
